Service
If you have been using your Wattbike for some time, it may benefit from a service. Here's what the Wattbike basic service includes:
Remove bike bodywork- Comprehensive system check and analysis
- Replacement of chain
- Replacement or service of stem locking bolts
- Re-tensioning
- Full system lubrication and internal clean
- Replacement of sensor touch pad
- Replacement of guide velcro
- External clean
- Replacement of red cable if required
- Reconditioning of handlebar if required
- Replacement of bearings if required
- Upgrade of monitor firmware
- Replacement of pedal straps
- Full nut and bolt check
- Monitor memory battery replacement
PRICE - $375 plus GST plus shipping to and from Wattbike NZ HQ. We are happy to let you organise shipping and we are confident that the service price, and the elements included in the service, plus shipping to and from Wattbike will always be the way to service your bike at the lowest possible cost. Local service agents have neither the expertise or the parts to undertake the service at the cost we are able to offer.
If we are able to collect and return or service bikes in situ then we will but this service only covers the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Auckland. There is a $35 dollar charge on top of the service charge for collect/deliver and on site servicing (single not per bike)

Sensor replacement and recalibration
As above but also includes full diagnostic and precision calibration process on our Wattbike calibration machine.
It's not often that calibration varied from factory defaults but if it does, it is immediately noticeable and can be rectified with a main strain gauge replacement and a precision recalibration.
This process takes a day and we include within it basic service items such as a chain replacement and touch pad replacement.
Once complete, the bike will be riding as smoothly as a new one and will be calibrated accurately.
PRICE - $550 plus GST plus shipping to and from Wattbike NZ HQ. We can only do calibration of bikes on site at our facility in Tauranga and are happy to let you organise shipping. We are confident that our price, and the elements included in the process, plus shipping to and from Wattbike will always be the way to service your bike at the lowest possible cost. Local service agents have neither the expertise or the parts to undertake the service at the cost we are able to offer. We are the only technical facility in New Zealand able to recalibrate the Wattbike product accurately and effectively.
